This week I finished my goal board with shapes. I already had my big goal board built but I wanted to shrink it and tape pictures around the house, office and car. So now I have a paper size color sheet of goals and colored shapes taped up in several spots. I like it even more than the big one. I even have small pocket size ones as well that I put in pockets, purse, and in my car. It’s amazing what we can do with today’s technology.

Another task was to record an out loud reading of my definite major purpose and set it to music. Luckily, I had an app on my phone that made this super easy. The app is called Sublisten. You can pick 3 things to play simultaneously; a song, a frequency, and a recording. I recorded and saved a reading of my DMP. Then I picked the song Cannon in D Major because I like it, and  I chose the theta frequency to run in the background. Now when I’m working, I play my recording quietly. It was easy to do and I love to listen to it.

The last thing I want to mention is that I can’t believe how much work has gotten done on my goals. I have had several goals that I couldn’t get to for various reasons. Probably mainly procrastination. I think it’s so strange that I would be procrastinating on a goal that I really wanted finished. It must be because of an old paradigmn of feeling like I’m not good enough.  Anyways, I must be changing it because I am finally able to get so much accomplished. I have a long way to go still but so happy with all the changes I am seeing.

That’s it for this week. See you next week!
